Funnies From a Five Year Old!

Being around Ashtyn yesterday made for a very funny day. I thought I would share two of her "funnies" with all of you.

First, Disney Channel was showing a family movie last night. When I turned it on, Ashtyn got so excited and said, "Oh! I love Princess Diarrhea!" In case you're curious, it was Princess DIARIES 2.

Ashtyn also wanted to help Trent fix lunch yesterday. Ashtyn does not help in the kitchen without a very important accessory. She feels very grown up when she wears it and looks for every opportunity to put it on. When Trent said she could help, she ran and grabbed her "accessory" off the pantry door and walked up to Trent and said, "Daddy, can you help me put my bra on?" Of course, she meant apron. How she got bra and apron mixed up I will never know. I will also never know how many people she has told that her Grandpa wears a bra while he cooks.
