Birthday Surprise!!!!

Well, as of the 20th we officially have a teenager in the house!

With Scotlyn's Birthday falling on a Sunday this year (and me being out of town and a procrastinator) we weren't able to do much more than just cake and ice cream as a family, and I made dinner of her choice for her. We had asked her if she wanted to have a small party, and she never really settled on anything, so we took matters into our own hands.....

Tonight we threw her a Surprise Party!!!!
(What were we thinking?!)

We invited about 20 of her friends
(basically her whole Beehive class, soccer team, plus a few others)
had pizza, soda, cake, games (including an impromptu soccer game) , a movie, and
A LOT of noise!!!

She was really surprised and we think she had a great time.

We went through 15 (yes 15) pizzas!

Between this party, taking cupcakes to her soccer game on her birthday weekend, and family cake, we have had an overabundance of sugar!
