A close up of the tile in the master bath - one of my favorite details of the house.
Laundry room - it's really a laundry closet. I love having it upstairs.
This is what the laundry "room" looks like with the doors shut.
Riley & Eva's room. Mom, notice the dool on the right bed. Look familiar? A new blonde haired, blue eyed girl has adopted that doll you made so many years ago.
The 4th bedroom, also known as the guest room, play room, or book room depending on who you talk to.
One of my favorite parts of the house - the pantry.

Kitche plus eating area
My desk - it's usually covered in papers :)
Family room. Our walls are all really bare because all our art work/pictures/mirrors are still at the other house - along with our living room furniture.
The bench in our mud room opens on both sides for shoe storage. I love it but am trying to figure out how to make it less smelly.

Entry
The office, which has no office furniture in it. It currently houses our basketball hoop we got for Christmas - it's been too cold to put it up outside.

Front of the house. I wasn't in love with the color at first but now I like it. It's unique and makes the house really easy to find. When giving directions we say, "Just look for the orange house." And yes we know it's not really orange, more terra cotta or rust.
And that concludes the tour. We are loving the house and love that it's a home we can grow into as our kids become teenagers.
I've been meaning to post pictures of the new house but was waiting until the house was "clean" to take pictures. I used that as motivation today to do some cleaning and take some pictres. Here's a tour of the new house...
