Winter Storm

We had a bit of a winter storm today in Vegas. The kids were in heaven. Abe actually thanked Heavenly Father for the snow "so that all the kids could be happy." Snow=happy for kids, but it made a mess of the Vegas roads. Our van is in the shop so we have cars all switched around so Dad has been driving the old Toyota truck, and it wouldn't make it up the hill from Boulder City in the snow. So mom got to go rescue him. A fun way to spend their 37th anniversary. Mom and Dad's neighbor's tree branch gave way under the weight of the snow and landed in the backyard. At least now it won't block the apple tree.

Riggy was smart and stayed warm inside. Mom and Dad made it home safe.
